Milonga performance
From April 13 to April 27, we are pleased to present an exclusive program of Tango Masterclasses and Intensive Training with Angela Melendez, teacher and dancer of the BA. Tango Evolution program in Buenos Aires, alongside Sebastian Arrua, in Wellington and Auckland.
The experience will be complemented by a special milonga, featuring a performance by Angela and Sebastian.

Revenge Tango Duo

Piazzolla concert
Musicality Intensive Training.
From May 22 to May 24, we are honored to welcome Revenge Tango Duo from Argentina for their first-ever visit to New Zealand, presenting a unique tango experience in Wellington.
The program will feature a special milonga with live music, an intimate Astor Piazzolla concert, and an Intensive Musicality Training — a unique opportunity to study tango musicality alongside world-class tango musicians, gaining deeper insight into rhythm, phrasing, and musical interpretation.

2025 Master Classes & Workshops
September 2025
The September 2025 masterclasses and workshops in Wellington were a wonderful success. Sebastián Arrúa and invited Maestra Karina Colmeiro shared their passion for tango, creating an inspiring and friendly atmosphere for everyone who joined. The energy of the classes and their unique style left a lasting mark on the teaching

Wellington Workshops & Milonga
May 2025
Our weekend of workshops was a great success! We had a full group, and it was truly a pleasure to work with such a dedicated and enthusiastic group of dancers. Over the course of the weekend, we focused on the dynamic flow of the vals and explored the rhythmic playfulness of the milonga. Everyone showed real commitment and progress, and it was inspiring to see how much each dancer improved in such a short time. Thank you to all who participated and brought their energy and passion to the dance floor!
2024 Tour with Karina Colmeiro
September 2024
For two months, we toured Wellington, Auckland, Christchurch, and Mapua with internationally renewed Maestra Karina Colmeiro & Tango Companz NZ director Sebastian Arrua. Regular classes, weekend workshops and exhibitions, we shared tango across the country and help Tango Company NZ on it's goal to take Tango to the next level.
